Use the change request forms below to electronically submit your suggested additions, deletions, or modifications to the MRI's Survey of the American Consumer.
All requests will be individually considered and approved based on space limitations and the merit of market share data available to us. We recommend focusing on deletions as much as additions and that share of market information or other rationale accompany all requests. The support material you provide will remain confidential and be used only for this project. All requests must be ranked in order of priority.
The deadline for all request submissions is Monday, July 6, 2020. Requests received after this date will not be reviewed for Wave 84, but will instead be considered for the next questionnaire update (Wave 85).
Be sure to include your name, company and e-mail so we may contact you if we have questions about your submission. Understand, MRI-Simmons can not honor each request to add products to the survey, but we can guarantee you that we will examine each request submitted to us before the deadline.
